Its time for another monthly colouring tutorial for Spectrum Noir. This month I have used the so sweet image Octavia Thinking from Polka Doodles. This is such a cute image and a complete delight to colour.

We have had requests on the Spectrum Noir FB page for guidance on colouring with pinks and purples. Hopefully this tutorial will provide some help.
