Aqua Mermaid!


Hello to all!  
Its time for a new 'Anything Goes' challenge at Lemon Shortbread.
I have coloured this sweet mermaid image with Copic markers and Polychromos pencils

Emoji Wryn!

Hello to all.  Sharing a sweet Tiddly Inks image coloured on Toned Tan paper.  
I love the effect created by pencils on kraft card!
Image is mounted onto a z-fold card which displays the detail and papers used beautifully!



 Materials used:
Faber Castell Polychromos pencils
Kraft card and Toned Tan paper 
Coredinations card and various design papers and elements.
Oval die cuts and tag punch 
Ribbon and recycled love sentiment from my stash.

Lazy, Hazy Days of Summer!


Hello to all.  Sharing a sweet summer image. 
I have used the beautiful image Bees in Foxglove by Power Poppy and had loads of fun colouring this with my Illustrators and ColourBlends. 
 The card  is CAS as the image is so colourful!

Let's all go fly a kite!

Hello to all.  Sharing a cute beach hut shaped card featuring the new Frankie stamps from Cherry Green for Crafter's Companion.  These are being launched on Hochanda on 26th July.  I have designed and made a beach hut shaped card.  It was lots of fun to make and showcases the image and sentiment beautifully!

A view of this cute card partially closed.  I have cut the front section to mimic the back and added a sweet door feature and some die cuts.

Sweet Purple Easel Card!

    Hello to all.  I love this sweet bunny stamp from ADFD and was so pleased to be able to colour this using my 12 pack Spectrum Noir Colourblend pencils - Soft Tones. 
These will be launched in the USA next week on HSN and are available in the UK from Crafters Companion.  
There are some lovely pencils in this collection which are great for blending and shading and in such a handy size tin!  
I have been sitting watching TV in the evening and colouring in!

Summer has arrived!

Hello lovely people. 
 Sorry I have been MIA this week. 
 I have been working on loads of exciting projects which will be launching over the next few weeks and will be sharing these with you soon!!!!   
Today a quick and easy watercolour using the fabulous Spectrum Noir AquaBlend pencils.

Dreaming of summer days!

Hello to all.  Spring is just around the corner in this part of the world and I can't stop dreaming of summer days.  With this in mind I have coloured the sweet Sparkler image from Mo Manning and given her a beach type theme and lovely summery colours!  
The beautiful image reminds me so much of my elder daughter when she was a girl, such lovely memories!

Mirima - Beautiful Mermaid.

Hello to everyone.   I love to colour mermaid stamps and this one is no exception.  I have used the beautiful Mirima stamp by Elaine Cox and coloured her with my Spectrum Noir ColourBlend Pencils.  I had so much fun designing this card!

Gabbie Flutterfae Fairy

Hello to everyone.  Sharing a sweet image from Faery Ink - Gabbie Flutterfae.  I wanted to colour some pink hair and here we have it!  Loads of colouring fun, she really is a beauty!
