Blessings of Spring

My second card for Cupcake Inspirations - - -

I used the Carrot Bouquet stamp set by Catherine Pooler Designs for this card.  I stamped them on watercolor paper and colored them with my Zig watercolor brush pens.  I love how vibrant the colors came out.  I used a piece of the same watercolor background as I did for the previous card as a side border here.  Then I used the Floral & Diamond Tiles cover plate by Pinkfresh Studios for the rest of the background. I embossed my sentiment from Honey Bee Stamps onto black cardstock so it would pop on top of the white background.

TGIF!

Happy Weekend!

I have a couple posts to share and just barely squeaking into a challenge before it closes (again)! I took some images to color while on vacation and these posts are a couple of them.  I almost forgot (AGAIN) that I had colored them for a specific challenge, Cupcake Inspirations, which closes tonight.

So this is card one.  The image is a digital stamp that I colored with my Zig watercolor brush pens.  I had a watercolor background with the same colors and so I clipped a bit of it off for the bottom border along with the decorative border.  I kept the sentiment, from Picket Fence Studios, on white and bumped it up.

Hoppy Birthday

A "Hoppy" Birthday card this time.

This panel was in my UFO pile as well, all watercolored and ready! I raised it using postal dies for more interest and layered effect.  I love how it turned out!

Pawsome Day

Good Evening!

I'm still sharing cards!  Trying to get some cards posted for some challenges closing soon. The Hub is off today and so we've been hanging out --- him reading, me crafting and watching some Disney movies together.

Now tell me, who wouldn't want to party with this crew? Haha I made this card for our dog to give to someone pretty special who has a birthday in a couple weeks. Who else makes cards for your fur family to give?  I know you're out there! LOL

I just love these pups from Tim Holtz.  I masked and stamped this quite a while ago and colored it with Zig watercolor pens but then it got stuck in my UFO pile until about a week ago.  I finished the background, added a sentiment and some party paraphernalia.  The glasses are from Spellbinders. Party hats and balloons - Catherine Pooler Designs.  Bone and ball - Tom Holtz.

Thanks for stopping by to visit my and I hope you come back again soon!

Pawsome Birthday Blessings!

Krafty Chicks Challenge #559 Christmas

Good Morning!

It's Krafty Chicks Thursday!

I'm hosting this week's challenge, our Christmas Challenge ---

I gold embossed stamps from 'Peace, Love & Holly' (CP Designs) and then used my Zig markers and a water brush to color them then cut them out with the coordinating dies.  I also cut three of the 'Merry' mini die plate, one in white, one in the light green watercolored background and one in gold foil cardstock to create the background. Then stamped the 'Christmas'.

Stop by and check out the rest of the Team's cards at the Hen House, including our Guest, Kim!  Then come join us for some holiday crafting!
