The Greek yogurt I use contains 13g protein per 100g.  🥰 • This recipe makes two servings: Ingredients for the chia pudding: 1 cup raspberries (240 ml / 130g) 3/4 cup milk of choice (180 ml) 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 tablespoons chia seeds • Other ingredients: 1 1/2 cups (lactose-free) low fat Greek yogurt (360 ml / 380g) two handfuls of raspberries • 1. Blend together raspberries, milk, sweetener and vanilla extract 2. Pour the mixture into a jar or container. Add the chia seeds and stir to combine 3. Let set in the fridge for two hours or overnight 4. When the chia pudding is set, build the parfaits and enjoy!

Chia pudding is a great way to start your day, and this kiwi and coconut version is no exception. With its tropical flavors and creamy texture, it's a healthy and delicious breakfast option that will keep you feeling full and satisfied until lunchtime.

Ingredients
 • 200 ml coconut milk (from a carton not a tin)
 • 50 g chia seeds
 • 4 tbsp yoghurt (I’ve used coconut yoghurt)
 • 1 tsp vanilla extract
 • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
 • 3 ripe kiwi fruit peeled
 • handful of granola

Instructions
 • Combine the coconut milk, chia seeds, yoghurt, vanilla and maple syrup in a Tupperware container. Give everything a really good mix, then refrigerate overnight. If you would prefer to eat it straight away, keep mixing vigorously for a few minutes and it will thicken nicely. This is Mango Chia Pudding is so delicious and easy to make. Perfect meal prep, breakfast or mid day snack. You'll need - 5 tbsp chia seeds - 1 cup milk of choice - 3 tosp honey (adjust to taste) - 1 ripe mango - 1/2 cup greek yogurt Instructions - Mix chia seeds, milk, honey to a container. Stir well to prevent clumps. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. - Peel, chop and blend mango into purée. Reserve some for garnish. - Add mango purée to cups or jar. Layers thickened pudding, yogurt, chopped mangoes and some coconut flakes. Enjoy

Add the following to a mason jar: - 3 tbsp chia seeds (7g protein) - 1 cup greek yogurt (24g protein) - 1/2 cup fairlife (6g protein) - Total: 37g protein Stir well and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning add any toppings you want! I used fresh strawberries and honey and it was perfect :)
