Add the following to a mason jar: - 3 tbsp chia seeds (7g protein) - 1 cup greek yogurt (24g protein) - 1/2 cup fairlife (6g protein) - Total: 37g protein Stir well and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning add any toppings you want! I used fresh strawberries and honey and it was perfect :)
