the perfect easy dessert. there is only 3 main ingredients- biscoff (any cookie butter), puff pastry, and plant milk to help the pastry brown.

ingredients
 • -1 sheet thawed puff pastry
 • -biscoff
 • -plant milk

-optional powdered sugar

directions
 • preheat the oven to 375°F

unravel the puff pastry and use a pizza cutter to divide it into 2 halves like shown in the video. on one half generously spread it with biscoff. place the other half on top as evenly as possible. 

next slice the pastry into strips using the same pizza cutter, or a knife. twist the pastry and place on a parchment lined baking sheet a few inches apart because they will puff up. bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.

Cream Puff "Crack Buns" (Choux au Craquelin) with Chocolate Pastry Cream

Ingredients for Cream Puffs
 • 1 cup of water
 • 1/2 cup butter, I used a dairy free
 • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
 • 1 cup gluten free 1.1 flour
 • 1 tsp baking powder

4 large eggs, room temp

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place a pot over med heat, add the butter and water and bring to a rapid boil. Stir in flour, salt, baking powder with a wooden spoon and once it becomes a dough ball place in a mixing bowl. Add one egg at a time. Once all incorporated add to a pastry bag with a large round opening. Pipe 2" diameter cream puffs. Follow Next Step:
