Mix in 1 tablespoon ginger-chilli paste for an extra kick.  ✅ Now, add the spices: salt, chat masala, red chilli powder, a pinch of turmeric, garam masala, cumin seeds powder and coriander seeds powder.  Squeeze in some fresh lemon juice and mix everything thoroughly.  ✅ Shape the mixture into tikkis (small patties). Heat a pan with a little oil and cook the tikkis, flipping until golden brown on both sides.
