 • the hard part of 1 can coconut milk
 • 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
 • 1 Tbsp defrosted raspberries
 • MIX/FREEZE in muffin moles until set 
 • Dough:
 • 1/2 cup (65g) sweet rice flour/glutinous rice flour
 • 2 Tbsp sugar
 • 3 Tbsp Defrosted raspberries
 • 1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp (70ml) water
 • MIX/HEAT UP whilst stirring constantly to create a sticky dough (takes 2-3mins)/DUST a working surface with corn starch/DIVIDE into six/ADD the ice cream and fold/KEEP in the freezer and let it thaw 20mins before eating

♡Glutinous Rice Flour- 45g ♡Corn starch- 10g ♡Sugar- 50g ♡@matcha.cloud.ksa - 2g to 3g ♡VeganMilk- 85g ♡Vegan Butter- 10g  1. In a bowl, Add matcha powder and 30g Warm milk; whisk until no lumps. 2. Add rest of the Milk and Mix until combined. 3. In a pan, Add Glutinous Rice Flour, Corn starch, Sugar and the Matcha milk. 4. Mix until combined without lumps. 5. Add Butter; Mix and cook on low heat until soft dough is formed. 6. Use hand gloves and Knead for 3-5 minutes until stretchy. (It'll be hot, so let it cool a bit and knead by stretching it) 7. Divide the mochi into bite size pieces and coat with corn starch to prevent sticking. 8. Dip in condensed and crushed cookies. 9. Enjoy!💚✨

 • 30g lemon juice
 • 45g granulated sugar
 • 15g cornstarch
 • 1 tbsp lemon zest
 • 150g milk
 • 200g cream cheese
 • 10g granulated sugar
 • 150g heavy cream
 • 5g vanilla extract

Mochi Dough
 • 100g glutinous rice flour
 • 35g cornstarch
 • 45g granulated sugar
 • 180g milk
 • 15g vegetable oil

Instructions:

Lemon Custard Sauce:

1.In a clean bowl, mix well egg yolks and 45g granulated sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract and cornstarch. In a saucepan, bring together lemon zest, milk, and heat until simmer. Pour them back into the egg yolk mixture while quickly whisk them in. Pour all the batter into the saucepan, over medium heat, keep stirring until thickened. 1/3 cup glutinous rice flour 1.5 tbsp granulated sugar 1/3 cup water 1 large mango additional glutinous rice flour, for dusting  Hold your mango upright and cut straight down into two large pieces, avoiding the pit in the middle. Using a wide glass cup, slide the mango downwards against the glass so the meat of the mango falls into the glass while the peel stays on the outside.  In a large microwaveable bowl, combine glutinous rice flour and sugar. Whisk to combine. Then slowly add in your water little by little until it is full incorporated.  Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a cover and microwave in 1 minute increments, 3-4 times, or until the mixture looks more translucent.
