Stuffed Peas Paratha   मटर का पराँठा  Quick recipe-  • For Matar Paratha stuffing-   In a pan, add 3-4 teaspoon ghee/ oil & add 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger & garlic & saute. Add choose green chillies if you want it spicy. Add 1 cup green peas as let it cook on low- medium flame while covering the pan. Add a splash of water if required. Add 2-3 teaspoons of besan (gram flour) for binding & let it cook till peas becomes soft. Add pinch of amchur & salt to taste. Add chopped coriander. Let it cook & coarsely grind it.
