This baked blueberry oats is an absolute winner! Not only is it quick and easy, but it’s also a super healthy breakfast option. You can enjoy make it with your favorite dairy or non-dairy milk, add serve it with a drizzle of maple syrup to sweeten it just the way you like it.

INGREDIENTS
 • * 12 oz fresh blueberries 
 • * 2 cups rolled oats
 • * 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 • * 1 teaspoon baking powder
 • * 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 
 • * 1/4 cup maple syrup 
 • * 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

 • 2 large bananas
 • 1/3 cup maple syrup
 • 2 large eggs
 • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
 • 2/3 cup vanilla protein powder
 • 1 tsp cinnamon
 • 1 tsp baking soda
 • 1/4 tsp salt
 • OPTIONAL: 1/4 cup chia seeds

TOPPINGS:

Calling all #oatmeal lovers 🥰

My son is obsessed with oatmeal, and I’m not mad it! I usually make a big batch on the stovetop for him and portion it throughout the week. 

I recently came across this baked oatmeal trend (IB @feelgoodfoodie ) and had to give it a try! 

It’s basically a dump and bake oatmeal, which I think is a time saver. 

Ingredients: 
 • -2 cups of oatmeal 
 • -1 1/2 banana, smashed 
 • -2 cups of milk 
 • -1 small honeycrisp apple, diced 
 • -3 tbsp of Greek yogurt 
 • -1 tbsp of maple syrup 
 • -1 tbsp of brown sugar 
 • -1 tsp of vanilla extract 
 • -1/2 tsp of cinnnamin 
 • -1/4 tsp of nutmeg 

-1 cup of mixed berries 

Combine ingredients into a baking dish, mix and bake at 375-400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until milk is absorbed and oats are tender.

BERRY BAKED OATMEAL

Ingredients:
 • 1 c berries 
 • 3 c oatmeal 
 • 1 tsp baking powder
 • 1/2 tsp salt
 • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
 • 2 eggs
 • 1/3 cup maple syrup or brown sugar 
 • 1/4 cup melted butter, coconut oil or ghee (plus a bit more for greasing the dish)
 • 1 cup milk or cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes until the edges are golden brown. 

*this serves about 4-5. if you want to serve a crowd, just double the recipe! 

This was our first time making a recipe video and we forgot to show us adding our choice of sweetener! We like to use maple syrup.
