Sabudana Drumstick Leaves Kebab/Vegan & Gluten Free Sago Fritters
I love to cook with gluten free ingredients. And my today's post is completely vegan as well. Yes no dairy products is used and tapioca pearls are produced from a starch which is from cassava/manioc roots, hence its gluten free. Nowadays, i can see many of friends are allergic to gluten and many of their dishes are prepared with gluten free ingredients. Obviously they have to check the ingredients list of a product twice before buying them. Thank god, none at home have this gluten allergy, eventhough its quite interesting to dish out with gluten free ingredients.

Eral Masal Vada Kurma/Eral Vada Masala Kurma/Prawn Channadal Fritters Gravy
South Indians makes ultimate gravies with different variations with different ingredients. Coming to my today's post, this Masala vada kurma is one of my favourite dish which makes me nostalgic. Masala vada is quite a crispy channadal fritters which is prepared with a soaked channadal grounded with a combination of spices which is later fried in oil. And this fritters are often prepared at home for any occasions or for festivals. However leftover vadas are dropped the next day in a masala gravy to serve along with rice for a lunch or with dosas or idlies for a dinner. But my today's post is completely a different one which is prepared with prawns. We Pondicherrians makes vadas with seafoods especially with prawns, its quite our speciality. Obviously i prepared this prawn vada kurma for our lunch few months back for our sunday lunch. My kids love prawn vada hence i prepared this gravy with them.

Indian curries have onions and garlic as the most wanted basic ingredients for flavouring them. But however many interesting masala do exists without garlic and onions. My today's post is kinda restaurant style of Paneer butter masala without any onions, garlic but with heavy cream in it. You wont miss the onions or neither the garlic in this dish. Nadan Mutta Curry/Kerala Egg Curry With Coconut Milk
Kerala curries are definitely my favourite as they are very mild in spiciness and cooked usually with coconut milk. Eggs are very healthy and they are good source of high quality protein.People often think that protein is only found in the egg whites. But trust me the egg yolks are known to be have almost all the nutrients and fats in it. However, in addition to these nutrients, the yolk also contains up to about half of the protein content of the egg. A large egg contains about 7 grams of protein, and the 3 grams will be coming from the yolk and 4 grams from the white. Therefore, eating the entire egg, not just the white, is the way to get the most protein and nutrients. Do you know eating raw eggs will provide least amount of proteins. Many researches and studies says that cooking eggs helps the proteins to be more easy to digest and more accessible to the body. Eggs are low in calorie hence many sprotsmen enjoy eggs daily as a part of their meal and many survives just with a couple of hard boiled eggs if they are following a strict diet. Needless to say eggs are weight loss friendly, eating eggs for breakfast may help to reduce the number of calories you consume for next 24 hours.

Asparagus Paruppu Usili/Asparagus Steamed Dal Stir-fry
Asparagus, this vegetable is completely new for me before few years, but blogging world taught me how to make delicious dishes out of this incredible vegetable. Asparagus is a very good source of fiber, folate and vitamins. The most common variety of Asparagus is green but you might have seen two other varieties in Supermarkets. White asparagus is more delicate and difficult to harvest while the purple ones are smaller and fruitier in flavor. However Asparagus is a tasty and versatile vegetable that can be cooked or else enjoyed as raw in salads. Do you know this vegetable is super healthy as much as like Broccoli. Highly packed with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, Asparagus has been used as a medicinal vegetable for many years. Asparagus's nutrition benefits are seriously very impressive because its has no fat and very low in calories. Its also very much rich in proteins, hence this protein rich vegetable can be added in your diet quite often to keep yourself fit.
