A Little Bit o' Paper: Limited Runs

A very simple card! I colored the image up, added a flower in the hat. I created some dimension by adding glossy accent to the eyes and boots. There's also some glitter!! I then added it to the patterned paper (that I distressed a little by using the edge of my scissors) and to the card front. I tied some ribbon and made a bow, added the sentiment and it was done!
