The April challenge at CHRISTMAS CRAFTS ALL YEAR 'ROUND is "create a Christmas/Holiday project with something that starts with G and/or H".

I created a card with Gingerbread Men on it.

For this card, I wanted to capture that warm, cozy feeling of the holiday season—think fuzzy slippers, sweet treats, and relaxing winter moments. These gingerbread man slippers totally stole my heart! I love how their cheerful little faces bring a playful and whimsical touch to the design.

The layered background with festive patterns adds just the right amount of holiday charm without taking attention away from the main elements. I also added a few candy embellishments for a pop of sparkle and to tie everything together with a “sweet treats” theme.

The soft colors and textures make this card feel extra warm and inviting—perfect for sending a little comfort and joy during the holiday season. And of course, the sentiment “Sweet Holiday Wishes” felt like the perfect finishing touch!

Well, isn't he cute!!! I have added some glitter to the sparkly lights in the background and the gingerbread man's hat and the white cuff on the stocking. I also added a polymer clay candy cane to the bow.

This is a very cute box card. It's 3D but it can go flat for posting. I found the pattern on Cricut Design Space and made a couple of modifications. I made candy cane sticks and added some holly leaves and berries.

This is a painting that I did with the children in my daycare afterschool program. We took it step by step and created a painting for our families as a Christmas gift. I painted it too as they followed along, painting their own canvas. It's not a perfect painting but it wasn't meant to be :) It was fun to do, though, with the children!!
