Hello and welcome to the midway point of our current challenge. Here is a refresher of what we're looking for this time around:


There are still two weeks left in the challenge and we hope that you will be able to join us here on our spot in blog-land. We have had 12 entries so far these past two weeks but we'd love to see some more! I got quite hungry and thirsty looking through all the yummy entries linked up so far and can't wait to see what else might be in store for us.

Our incredibly talented women are back to showcase their amazing creative work featuring projects related to our Yum! Yum! For the Foodie in You theme. We hope that you will enjoy the Scribbles Designs images and the creative direction that ensues.

This month we'll be dipping into the vault and bringing out one of Sandy's classic food images. Please note that this image will only be available until April 14th when it will return to its place in the store so be sure to grab it now. I don't know about you, but when I think of food, chocolate is definitely on the top of my list!!!

• Top Scribbler (chosen randomly) receives $10 worth of digital images
• Top 3 (chosen by Design Team) receives $3 worth of digital images
• Standout Scribbler (chosen by Design Team) receives $5 worth of digital images. To qualify for this category, you MUST use a Scribblers Designs image on your project.

This challenge will end on April 14th at 8:59 p.m. PST. The list of winners will be published in a separate post. Winners will get to choose their images from those in the store. Be sure to check for the winner announcement if you have entered this challenge.

Hello and welcome to the midway point of our current challenge. Before we start, I just wanted to let you all know that this will be Pippa's last challenge with us. Pippa has been a superstar this past 15 months--first starting as a guest and then becoming a full time team member. Pippa has now retired from her full time job and while it has given her some more free time, she has been filling it up with travelling with her hubby. While we hate to see Pippa go, we hope you will join us in wishing her nothing but the best as she goes off onto new adventures in life! We will miss you dearly Pippa!

Now it is time to get back to the midway. Here is a refresher of what the theme is all about:


What comes to mind when you hear the word "feminine"? Do you associate certain colours with femininity or is it more about a set of qualities or specific materials? Whatever criteria you use, it is time to honour the women in your life by coming up with a project that has a feminine touch. It is the perfect opportunity to break out all your pretty papers and colours, delve into your stash of lace and ribbons, locate a doily or two, or maybe even find some lovely floral elements.

Whether you create a card for Mother's Day which is right around the corner in North America and many other countries around the world, design a pretty birthday card for a special female in your life,  decide to prepare a project for a close female friend, or simply want to help empower a dear woman you know, it is a great time to be focusing on the feminine. Whomever you decide to create for and whatever you plan to do, it is time to reach inside and find your inner 'girly girl' and bring a feminine touch to your creation.
