Microwave at full power for 3 minutes. Take out, stir, and let sit and cool down for 2 minutes.  STOVETOP OATMEAL To a saucepan, add rolled oats, your milk of choice (or half milk, half water), a pinch of salt, and optionally maple syrup or honey.
