it with the beautiful Lovely Linen designer paper. Some of the patterns in the paper have a bit of a spanish flair making it a great option for a southwest themed card!

Paper Craft Crew Weekly Challenge #466

I'm so glad you are joining us for this week's 
Paper Craft Crew Challenge!

creating mosaic patterns!


I've never done a mosaic before so this was so exciting
for me! I created the simple pattern using the Watercolor Shapes
images in spring colors and then added the sweet little bunny
image and coordinating embellishments to complete the card.

You Are A Real Blessing

Good Morning, Stampers!

I have a fun fold card to share with you today! It features two stitched triangles tucked behind the card base and tied together with a baker's twine bow. Once opened, the card flips up to reveal a personalized message. A fun interactive idea! Give it a try! Don't have triangles? Use a different shape! 


1. Cut a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" Basic White card panel.
2. Cut a 4" x 10 1/2" Blushing Bride card base. Fold in half.
3. Cut a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of Layering Designs vellum and adhere to the top of the card front.
4. Cut (2) stitched triangles from Blushing Bride cardstock. Score along the edge of each 1/2". Fold.
5. Adere the flap of each triangle to the backside of the card base - making sure they meet in the middle.
    Punch holes.
6. Adhere the card base to the panel.


7. Stamp the floral image onto a piece of Basic White cardstock using Tuxedo Black ink.
8. Color the image using Pool Party, Soft Seafoam, Calypso Coral, Old Olive, So Saffron Stampin' Blends. Cut.
9.Adhere the image to the card front.
10. Stamp the sentiment onto the lower portion of the vellum using Jet Black Stazon.
11. Stamp the senitment onto a piece of Basic White cardstock using Jet BLack Stazon ink. Cut.
12. Close the triangles and tie the Baker's Twine into a bow.
13. Adhere the sentiment using Stampin' Dimensionals.
14. Stamp inside of the card as desired.

Warm Spring Wishes

 Good Morning, Stampers!

I used the Sweet Talk designer papers for all my Valentine projects and had lots of leftover scrap pieces that came in handy for todays project!


I used 1/2" x 3 1/4" strips of designer papers,
the sentiment from the Easter Friends stamp set and
a sweet little die cut butterfly to turn this into an Easter/Springtime card!

Friends of the Forest

 Good Morning, Stampers!

This little friend of the forest is here with some Easter wishes for you! Get more use from the everyday occasions Friends of the Forest  stamp set from the mini catalog by combining it with the Wish for Everything stamp set from the Annual catalog. Together they make a sweet pair, don't you think?! 



I colored the images using Stampin' Blends.
A litle trick I like to use when coloring is to 
outline the images using a light Pool Party Stampin'
blend marker. It smooths the edges while 
also giving the overall look a soft glow!

CCM Saturday Blog Hop - Monochromatic

 Good Morning, Stampers!


Welcome back to this week's Create with
Connie and Mary Saturday Blog Hop! 
This week, we are sharing cards featuring 
a monochromatic theme. The team is excited
to share some ideas with you - we hope
you get some ideas to spark your creativity!



I created this card using the Butterflies and Flowers Layering
Decorative masks - these are so much fun! 
To create this, I used the background mask on Highland Heather
cardstock using Gorgeous Grape ink. For the butterfly, I first lightly sponged
the solid butterfly on Basic White cardstock using Highland Heather ink.
Then, I added the bottom floral layer using Highland Heather
ink being sure to rub it in to darken the ink. Finally, I added the top 
floral layer using Gorgeous Grape ink. I sponged a separate flower
using the same steps and cut it out and popped it on top of the 
butterfly adding a Gorgeous Grape pearl to the center and finishing
it all off with a hefty coat of Wink of Stella for lots of shimmer!

This is my favorite pattern from the Heart and Home designer
paper pack. So rich and elegant looking! I added a few sprigs from
the Flowers of Home die and a sentiment from the Shaded Spruce
stamp set. No need for too much - that paper speaks for itself!

Easter Blessings

 Good Morning, Stampers!

Only 24 more days until SPRING! The Daffodil Daydream bundle includes images and sentiments for any springtime occasion or event. These beautiful daffodils are perfect for get wells, thanking of you's and birthdays, too - so many possibilities! A great addition to have in your stampin' collection!


To create this background, stamp the daffodil image onto a
2 1/2" x 4" piece of Basic White cardstock using Tuxedo
Black ink. Stamp the image again onto a post-it note and cut
using the corrdinating die. Place the die cut post-it note on top
of the stamped stamped panel. Using a blending brush, sponge dauber or
sponge, lightly rub Daffodil Delight ink around the entire image - then
remove the post-it note. Adhere the image onto a 3 1/2" x 5"piece of 
Pool Party cardstock. Finish the card off by placing the panel onto 
a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Pool Party cardbase. Add a sentiment and Brushed
Brass Butterflies to complete.
