CWSF Weekly Challenge - Forever Love

Thank you for joining us for this week's Create with
Stampin' Friends! This week, we are celebrating Forever Love.
Whether it's celebrating new love with a wedding or 
love over a lifetime with an anniversary, the team 
has a little something for everyone!


The new Layers of Beauty offers a gorgeous floral
rose image that is perfect for celebrating love! 
I layered the image twice along with a few little leaves for added 
detail. The Iridescent ribbon and gems add a touch
of shimmer and elegance to any project!

Paper Craft Crew Weekly Challenge #457

So glad you could join us for this weeks 
challenge! We are creating around this
inspiration photo just in time for Valentine's Day, 
Spring weddings, anniversaries or every day love!



The detail on the Bouquet of Love hybrid embossing
folder is just beautiful! I added a little touch of gold shimmer,
pearls and flowers for a special wedding card. The sentiments 
in the Love and Happiness set are great to have on hand for any
occasion where you want to send a little love!

CCMC Satuday Blog Hop - I Just Called To Say I Love You

We are finishing up July with the 80's themed music
this week at the Create with Connie and Mary Saturday Blog Hop.
The final theme is "I Just Called to Say I Love You".
This theme is great for so many occasions or event!


I kept my card simple and highlighted the gorgeous 
Petal Promenade designer paper! The flowers
on this paper are so colorful and realistic. Adding the sentiment to 
a delicate and feminine label is 
great for a wedding, anniversary or bridal shower.

I'm back today with another swap card that I created featuring the Festive Phrases stamp set.
This would be fun for Valentine's Day or to celebrate an anniversary or wedding. Easy to change up the colors to make it a little more masculine, too!

OSAT Blog Hop – All You Need is Love

Welcome to the February OSAT Blog Hop - 
All You Need is Love!

If you are following along on the hop, you are arriving from Pam's blog. 
Her projects are always so inspiring! If you are just starting out, you will
be guided at the end of this post to continue.

My first project is something I used to do as a kid. 
It's a fun project that wraps baker's twine dipped in equal parts
glue and water and then wrap around a balloon to dry.
Before I started though, I added candy kisses inside the ballon
before blowing it up. Then, when the balloon is popped, the 
candy stays inside the little ball! So fun!

Of course, "Sealed with a Kiss" is the perfect sentiment for
this! A little treat of hugs and kisses! 


My second project is a simple card that can
be used for a wedding, anniversay, birthday, etc.
Really, any event that involves LOVE!

I never realized how well the Mixed Borders stamp set
and the Bloomin' Hearts suite work perfectly together.
I love that Stampin' Up! had coordinating products - 
Makes it so easy to create!

Stamping and embossing with Versamark and clear 
embossing powder is a simple and subtle way to fill
empty space without taking away from the main
focal point of the card. I think it adds a touch of
elegance to the card, too!

So In Love

Good Morning, Stampers!

Botanical Anniversary

Good Morning, Stampers!

For today's project, I added a fun little detail to this anniversary card. The tag was cut with the fern from the Botanical Builder framelits and then stamped and added to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals. It gives dimension and adds a little interest to a simple card. Of course, a little gold sequin bling helps, too!

The Bloomin' Heart Suite is great for upcoming Spring Weddings, Anniversaries or Showers. This quick and easy card from Stampin' Up! is a great example! The sentiment in the banner can be substitued for any event and the color can easily be changed to coordinate with the party decor. So lovely!

 This is one of the cards we created during my Case The Catty Card Class this past week. The layout is taken directly from the catalog (page 27). The stamps, colors and embellishments have been changed as well as the direction of the inspiration card. The result is a one-of-a-kind original!
