We went to a chinese restaurant tonight, my family and me - and for the first time I got a fortune cookie! Mine was the only one where german and english was different. The german side said, "some people see more with one eye than other people with two eyes". The english one said, "You´ll stay a very healthy person"- well! I haven´t been ill the last five years, how did the cookie know this? "You´ll stay", not "You´ll be"! Sounds great, doesn´t it?
I´m thankful for my good health - and I try to have a glass of water with honey and cider vinegar every night. Yuccy but... 5 years no cold, nothing. Even when the whole office is ill - not me!
Gesundheit! is all that I can say here!
My suitcase is packed. Tomorrow we head off to Frankfurt and then, on Wednesday ... Cuba! Sun, warmth, beach, sea, great music and great coffee! Not good for my heath? Awe, come on - it´s the tastiest coffee I ever had before! (we´ve been in Varadero, Cuba, five years earlier already).
Well, 19,5 degrees centigrade today here - yesterday it was 5 degrees centigrade. The weather is getting better, but it´s a little scary how big the steps are!
When we come back I hope it´s over twenty!

All the stuff to keep in mind!
I certainly forgot something important, how else could it be? I bought cards for the first game of the football-season - and left them at home! So, when we come back from our holidays, we have to drive to my home first with two cars and then back in one car in the direction we just came from! Hrrgh!
Well, we take my car since it was my fault...
And then let´s see how good they will be!
But before: I will have to buy some other stuff for our holidays, take my snow tires in my mothers´ cellar and go and have dinner with my mother and my brother :-) Well, I guess my brother will be the one taking the tires down - I thank him already :-)

Well, I have a blog now, too!
I wanted to comment another blog, needed a profile and came out with this.
Ok, so here I am. As you can see from my profile, I live alone in the week.
This is where the title is from, double half: Since my boyfriend and me live in different places due to work, we have: two apartments, two most-of-things, four bikes and so on. The weekends are mostly great! But in the week, especially on mondays I feel pretty bad. Like half a person, literally (have only two bikes now and can ride only one at a time...). Well - it´s friday today and I´m nearly off to see him, Yay :-)
I had to pack for four weeks and hope I didn´t forget anything important! Next week we will head off for Cuba and be a couple for the next weeks without bigger interruptions! I look forward to it - very much!
Probably not a good time to open a blog! And let it sit like that for such a long blog-time. But, well. Maybe I find something to say before leaving ;-)
