Tuesday: I look like a boxer, who has lost, I am not talking about dogs. A darn mossie got me not even 1 cm from my eye - all swollen and it itches! And I don´t dare to use tea tree oil so close....
Cleaned the whole condo - we have a clean, free kitchen again! And my back hurts!
Ingo booked Perth.
Means I need to go the hard way with the certificate. Oral exam as pilot-project end of November instead of mid-February the safer way.
I am a very shy, introvert person. PRESSURE. DOUBTS. WHAT DID I DO?!
Wednesday: Webinar on digital images - theory and practice. Wonder how the dude breathes, he talks and talks, so fast I am breathless and my eyes keep falling shut.
Perth is really booked. See here.
Thursday: 05:00 a.m. - 26C!!!! 79F, YAY!!!!!! And I have a Webinar, inside, buhuuuu.
Also I can only watch as my graphics processor is too weak for Photoshop.
Getting private stuff done whilst 3 of 14 do the training.
Heaviest rain, Ingo could only drive walking pace. Me at home: Heaven! Later sun is out, went to the post office. Light summer-rain in sun - bliss!
So SAD. Ended "Once Upon A Time". Surprise: Robin Hood is female, her Dad is Captain Hook and says yes to her asking if she may marry Alice.
Luckily here in Germany ss-marriage is no problem, nice or sad to see it "promoted" in fairy tales?
Thank you, River, for introducing me to this series! "With hope" - that´s how it ended with.
Friday: Another knife-attack, in Hamburg this time, one man dead, Syrian "refugees", "family honor"....kept stabbing, that man. I should skip the news, really...
19C/66F, not rising.. Summer???
19C/66F, not rising.. Summer???
fK popped very spontaneous by for a cuppa, nice. At least someone uses the "Thomas"-cuppa, it´s her Brother´s name.
She showed me all her boogies and the train being build, super-interesting. The electric is partially under the ceiling!!!
Consequently I finished studying at 05:00 p.m. (coincidence). Part 1 of Chunk 17 finished, test including. Phew. Knackered.
Weekend: Saturday: Read1 1/2 books on the balcony.
Started Deadwood. Like being back at ALSTOM, the f-word falls often. Will never understand the run after gold... But kinda ... I´ll switch and start "HAVEN".
Attended another "Webinar": "The Star Trek physics." - see next Sunday.
Sunday:More reading on the balcony and a BBQ - SUMMER 🌞
Week-munchy:
The series:
"Things that are misrepresented in filmsT. rex only saw moving things
According to a 2006 study, the prehistoric predator's visual acuity may have been 13 times better than that of humans. This means that "Jurassic Park" (1993) was completely wrong on this point."
And... can you believe it?
From Light Parcours Braunschweig:
"We rise by lifting others - Freedom doesn´t rule"
A good motto for the month, huh, at least the first part.
Henry 🦁 you saw in first pic.
