It´s All About Quality

I sadly have to tell you: No photoshopping on my side here.
This is the ugly truth just yet again.

Our Iranian sales-family from Kingsway City Growers Market would cry, I guess. Or run away. Or go get the manager and tell him off.

A mango, ready to eat? Signs say so, but haaaa... never ever. Kiwi? Avo? Name any exotic fruit... you´ll be disappointed.

This particular REWE-market has monopoly position and hence is so darn slack with everything.
Since days Ingo cannot get any snickers. For days they were out of coconut-milk, any type. Ginger-beer? Even water!
You should guess the cash-out automatically registers.... oh, forget it, "not my job".

I complained once, they didn´t even care to answer.

Why we go there? It´s just around the corner.

What would you do, "endure" or keep complaining to no-one? Or really take another market? They won´t even realise, but you could burn some calories. It´s frickin´ cold, though!

I know. Others are off way, way worse, too.
First world problems, I get ya. And still it´s annoying.
(Those) bananas, anyone?

That's really bad customer service Iris. What about writing to the main office, would they follow up with this branch? Or post something on social media about their careless attitude.

A few months ago I was at Woolies in a very long queue and all cashiers had loads of people waiting. One of the ladies behind me said she was going to post something on Facebook about the long wait and that more cashiers should be working on a Saturday. Well, it must have worked as 5 minutes later two more cashiers opened up.
A friend bought a table and chairs for the garden but requested it come fully assembled. Of course it was delivered in boxes to be assembled. She called them and told them they could either take it back and she didn't want it or they could send someone to assemble it as she had requested. Half an hour later someone was there to do it, otherwise they would lose the business and she could always say something back on social media about them and they don't want to risk that.

I did complain at the main office - they ignored me. Twice.
Germany in general has a slack service.

Social media is in itself a good idea, but I keep FB small. The only 2 who would make use of the info is Ingo and a neighbour in the house.

But great it works in your place! Here you would have to pay for assembly, I´m pretty very sure...

No excuse for rotten service, especially not in today's competitive business environment.
