Bro started this I do not remember when.

We had a rather harsh time as kids.
He - and we - say so in public as well, Brüderchen and Schwesterchen.

I agree Iris, siblings are the best! Especially when parents are no longer here. I'm glad you have such a good relationship with your brother.. two little nieces now also oui :)

Words to live by, Iris! After many years of not getting on so well, my sister and I are becoming more united now that our parents are very elderly. Sooner or later, you only have each other.
Sadly true, Red. How awful it must be to be a "single kid" and bear it all alone...
