Time Warp

This is one man I "grew up with" - Peter Lustig, Peter Funny - link is in English, if you care to read more - it´s about all children´s shows of the time in Germany.

And I found him!!! (He passed 2016) - he, like Ingo, was an electronics engineer.
See, I was attracted to these guys from a very early age on.

With Löwenzahn, back then called Pusteblume. (yes there is a dot - it was a statement), he explained the world
I loved the show!
I´m on holiday and saw.... old series are on!

Like in Die Maus where Christoph since 1971 wears a green shirt, Peter wears those blue trousers. Always.

And the actor playing Herr Paschulke (by now has sadly passed too) is there as well!!!!

He played Herr Paschulke later with following actor called Fritz Fuchs. We watch that every Sunday still.

First episode: Soap! Hello, Ingo!!!! Soap! You have all the ingredients since years!

Water has a blanket see here:

Peter has a very soothing voice and explains complicated stuff so simple kids love to learn and guess what!

Bet you will not find that thought!

He... in real life... he HATED children!! But he loved to break down complicated things, maybe guessing parents and former children will watch with joy, too.

I was freezing my butt off with the heating not working but this warmed my heart.
This. And knowing people in Ukraine are off way worse than me, I at least have a condo to be in...

By now my muscles ache from coughing (no kidding) - but Ingo makes the bed, soup, mulled wine - he takes care of me 🥰
I am thankful.

Taxes. Not done.

Henry 🦁

Dad, that a Lion´s Tooth!!! Get up!

Do you still get glued in front of the telly when old shows of your childhood are on?
I was so happy to find Peter Lustig!

Those old shows are fun to watch. I found one from grade school, it was a teacher teaching French. It was funny watching it.

Children’s TV has come a long way! I could never stand Fred Rogers, and now he’s a saint.

Good luck with your cold. I have one too, fighting!

It is always so exciting to be able to take a few minutes and go back to childhood. A show or a book can do that. For me it was also some Christmas ornaments and a little tree. I'll share more for T. Hope you get rest and feel better very soon. I hope it's not the flu. hugs-Erika

I'll watch those later when I have more time. The only things I saw as a child were cartoons, (Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck etc)and cowboy movies.
Gold star for Ingo taking care of you. I hope that cold goes away soon.
We finally have a warmer day here but the sky is cloudy and grey. It was so bright blue when I first got up this morning.

Erika, yes, I still have some items from back then here, too :-)
I think it´s but a cold, but I cannot really tell the difference. It just does not get better.Well, it will! Hugs

I hate seeing those I always admired on TV and otherwise pass.
