The man who lives in basements

I moved again last night. This is the third basement I have lived in since my marriage to Colleen ended three and one-half years ago. The first landlord was foreclosed on because she had so many medical bills. The second one decided to sell and move back to New York City, if you can believe that. So here I am in basement number three. Do you want to come over and help me unpack?
