Bonn One of the reasons the EU is struggling is it has two headquarters, yes two centres, and they are not in the same country. Twice a month, they pack up and travel from Brussels to Bonn , why? Brussels is the HQ for the EU, but as it is run for the benefit of, and by, Germany , the Germans think they should have the centre of activity in their state. Germany will continue to struggle, after their rejection of the plan from Labour to back on Brexit , that means they are relying on France to fund a recovery after decades of financial misrule.
