  No refunds In recent years, I have had problems getting a refund from Amazon , and Microsoft for either goods that never arrived or a refund for a game pass I no longer used. I sold my X-box because I found few games I was able to play, and as the game pass had months to go before it expired I asked for a refund, which I got after a long fight. As for Amazon, I pre-ordered a set of DVDs which kept being put back, to the point I asked for a refund, which though that was two years never arrived.
