A delicious and very pretty looking muffins was suggested by Priya for this month's Eggless Baking Group which is started by Gayathri. It was a quick and easy one and you get a lot of points for those swirls. Wanted to get the picture with the muffin opened (like the interior), but it was gone by then!!! The original recipe had eggs and I replaced them with Egg replacer and little extra baking soda
