OOPS Window On the World on 11/22.2025

TIME TRAVEL WITH ME, created 11/22/2025 found in drafts.

We were watching a movie, and I glanced out the window to see if it was dark enough I needed to close the blinds, and above is what I saw, I stood up and pushed the cell phone against the glass and Bob, said

"WHAT are you taking pictures of NOW?" as in the middle of a movie.

This post has been bumped every day since Nov 22, today is the day cause I got nothing else.

and then on 12/01/2025

I jumped up in the middle of a movie and ran out the front door and came back with this...

The Neighbors are in decorating mode.. Bob did not even ask because I shoved it in between his nose and the TV and said LOOK. He was not impressed.

it must be the Sandra Claus in me! I am loving the world outside my Window on The world...

Feline & Nature Friday

Mama, got the cat pictures on that little box she holds in her hand a LOT. My human brother, Dan sent Bandit, the first one at the top, he is their feral/turned indoor cat, the others are the ferals outside, and they don't know they' are ferals.

Since Mama can't get out and about in nature, she popped over to my Old Blog Four paws to show you what she used to do in nature

The top 3 photos are from Rye Bridge, bottom pics 2 miles from the bridge, a Longhorn Ranch. All taken in early 2000. Mama popped me in a couple of pics to let me see what she did Before Me, while Daddy flew his remote planes in a field.

There is no more Ranch and we don't know where the cattle went, and no more bridge and all the land by the river and on the ranch is HOUSES and Shopping places. All this nature is extinct.

We still have our front yard and we still have Bray park

but Daddy can't walk and I can't get in and out of the car to go there.

But we have our memories on three blogs.

Mama still has her magic to pop Daddy and Me and Herself any where she wants us.
She took this photo of park, and 4 photos of daddy walking me there, and merged them into a fond memory.

Dan's New Ferals

My son Dan and wife Michelle, had a surprise a couple of weeks ago when a new Feral Mama appeared at the feeding bowls, with 4 babies. He has ferals that are named and not so feral and 3 inside and 2 dogs.

He said Mom, we did not name Mama or the babies, we are ATTEMPTING to corral them and take them to the humane society.

We have to draw the line somewhere. Last time a kitten appeared he found a home.

I am sure they are running out of friends who will take a feral cat.

He still plays with them even without a name. ha ha ha

Dan's List May 25, 2025

Dan and Michele came to visit and for Dan to do a Mom's List of things we cannot do ourselves. I took this photo of them In the driveway

and having forgotten his long arms would take a 3 selfies, I added a photo of me that I took in the back yard that day and ended up with this. I mean who wants a photo of mom with NO ARMS.

The main "Honey do" on the list was grab bars in both bathrooms. Done and Done and done well...

2 grab bars, and a 3rd you can't see. Yes, we know the contraption that I put together all by myself, is supposed to surround the toilet, for him, it works best where you see it. I did have to spend an hour of frantically looking for the suction thingies that came with it if needed. I finally went to bed without finding them and with a fresh brain did find them the next day. No photo of them, but you can special order one. he he he

and the AFTER Daylight Bulbs that show every speck of what I missed cleaning with the old bulbs.

Dan held the Really Dusty light bulbs up and said Mom, these are really OLD they don't even make these anymore. Ha Ha so are we and the house was my answer.

I can't dust them because I can't reach them and Bob did it for 38 years but now he can't reach them either. He also said the same thing about the kitchen flourscent lights he was supposed to change out, but I bought the wrong size bulbs.

He said I can replace the fixtures for you and the bulbs will not burn out.

(I think what he meant is we are so old, they will out live us) he he he

We also got a grab bar outside, by the pool filter, they are called "modifications for seniors" when you search for them. Bob, Beau and I were totally exhausted from a whole day of Dan Working. Ha Ha. We went to bed at 7:30 and slept straight 8 hours.

Its nice to have the list completed by even nicer to have had a day of laughter with my son and his wife...

Zoe and Bandit, were waiting for them to come home, along with another dog, 2 inside cats and 10 outside ferals, also, racoons and possums who steal the ferals food.

Feline Friday on Nature Friday

Dan's Feline used to be Feral, Bandit, Living the life out of nature and into the house with a view of nature out the window. he can watch his siblings playing in the backyard while sunbathing. The General Store is Dan's workshop, and also holds the over flow of his collections of weird things. It looks close but is about 25 feet from the bedroom window. Michelle's computer is beside the window in the corner and this is his eye on mama and the out doors

For Nature Friday I give you archive photos from our back yard.

Cuban Tree Frog, also know as the loudest frogs EVER except I was louder when one jumped on my bare chest, and clung there with those sucky feet.

I followed this Black Racer snake around the backyard taking photos, see he is looking at me. They are fast

this is another one that I followed in the side yard and he climbed the fence like lightning, weaving in and out of the fence and gone in a flash into the front yard. I warned him to be careful, its a busy street and not all humans like snakes.

Joining Thankful Thursday with Brian's Home Forever

I am thankful for Messenger and Texts from my son Dan. He sent these photos and this message.

I am thankful he loves taking photos and loves his ferals outside as much as his indoor 3 cats and that he sends me funny messages and lots of emojis. You might remember I said he is a Mini Me./MadSnapper.

I replied he should paint the name on the Sunroof he built to keep the hot Florida sun out of the Cat Coupe/cat house? ha ha ha

I am wondering if the moth knew he was roosting in a danger zone, with all those cats

Dan's Feral's Beauspeakon seflie Sunday

Beau here, to tell you today selfie Sunday and we want to show you the latest and greatest of my ~~selfie's~~ ussie. You know I hate selfies, and yet here they are, five of them and Mama. She had her Chromebook on her lap, and I wanted attention, first I drooled on Keyboard, then she said no, then she tricked me, by sitting Chromebook on the side and pushing camera on buttons and while she laughs, she just poked the thing that takes photos, and I never knew until now

I allowed the CATS on My Selfie because I love cats and I love my brother Dan

Mama's brain can't remember all the ferals names. she said to tell you Dan and Michelle are back to work, though still feeling sluggish and not 100%. Dan is really tall and takes great selfies with his long arms and Mama says she is thankful he loves all critters great and small and that they are both back on the job.
