Dry Mixes in a Jar... Self Rising Cornmeal and Self Rising Flour



Dry Mixes... these mixes are not for canning, but may be stored in canning jars.

Self Rising Cornmeal

3/4 cup cornmeal 

3 tablespoons flour 

1 tablespoon baking powder 

1/2 teaspoon salt 

Mix together the cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt. Use as directed in your recipe.

1 cup all-purpose flour 

1/2 teaspoon salt 

1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder 

Stir or sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder. Presto, you’ve got self-rising flour!
