Description/Taste
Japanese Parsley have light green cress-like leaves that darken as they mature. Each leaf is bordered with a serrated edge and grow in a groups of three, attached to a pale green, slim stalk. Japanese Parsley can grow between 20-60 centimeters in length. The flavor of Japanese Parsley is reminiscent of celery leaves, Italian parsley and angelica.
