Dry Mixes in a Jar...Homemade Baking Powder



Dry Mixes... these mixes are not for canning, but may be stored in canning jars.

Baking Powder

Ingredients

* 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

* 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

* 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch

Instructions

Mix together, store in refrigerator. Can be doubled or tripled.
