Dry Mixes in a Jar... Homemade Sausage Seasoning



Dry Mixes... these mixes are not for canning, but may be stored in canning jars.

Homemade Sausage Seasoning

Ingredients

* 8 Tablespoons Celtic sea salt

* 1 cup + 2 Tablespoons black pepper

* 8 Tablespoons nutmeg

* 4 Tablespoons sage

Directions

Add 1-1/3 T. to one pound of ground beef or pork.
