Dry Mixes in a Jar... Cowboy Rub



Dry Mixes... these mixes are not for canning, but may be stored in canning jars.



Cowboy Rub 
4 Tbsp. coffee

4 Tbsp. ground pepper 

2 Tbsp. mustard powder 

2 Tbsp. onion powder 

1/4 cup chili powder 

1/4 cup paprika 

1 Tbsp. garlic powder

1 Tbsp. chopped oregano leaves 

1 Tbsp. cayenne powder. 

Mix together. Jar
