Today's recipe comes from a very talented blogger and home cook, Loredana from the Blog La cucina di mamma Loredana. Loredana lives in Abruzzo, but she comes from Molise, and her family eat these traditional cheese pastries at Easter. In fact the handwritten recipe is from her grandfather! Can you read it? Cacio dolce, pecorino and rigatino are all cheeses (that you can substitute with other types), and for the pastry you can use vegetable oil or sugna; can you guess what sugna is? Try to find out!
