Rilevazione impronte digitali per rinnovo passaporto al Consolato di Auckland - Fingerprint scanning for passport renewal at the Consulate in Auckland


La prossima sessione per la rilevazione delle impronte digitali per  il rinnovo del  passaporto avverrà venerdì, 1 aprile, tra le 14,00 e le 16,00 al mio ufficio all'Università di Auckland, 14a Symonds Street (Arts 1 Building), settimo piano, ufficio 747.
Contattami via email a auckland.onorario@esteri.it per un appuntamento.
La procedura per il rinnovo del passaporto è la seguente:
1. Andare sul sito dell'Ambasciata di Wellington, www.ambwellington.esteri.it  e scaricare e compilare il Formulario di domanda; 
Spedire insieme alla documentazione richiesta il  pagamento delle tariffe consolari (v. "Tariffe consolari") che dovrà avvenire tramite BANK CHEQUE (NON Personal cheque e NON in contanti) a nome dell'Ambasciata d'Italia in Wellington, e una busta "track and trace" per fare rispedire il passaporto quando sarà pronto.
2. Dopodichè, prendere un appuntamento con me per le impronte digitali e lo scan della foto di passaporto, e della firma.

The next session for fingerprint scanning for passport renewal will take place on Friday 1 April from 2-4 pm at my office at the University of Auckland, 14 a Symonds Street (Arts 1 Building) Level 7, Office 747. Contact me via email at auckland.onorario@esteri.it for an appointment.
The procedure for renewal is the following:
1. Go the Italian Embassy website, www.ambwellington.esteri.it  and download the renewal form.
Mail the passport fee along with the required documentation, the payment must be in the form of a BANK CHEQUE (not personal cheque and not cash) made out to the Ambasciata d'Italia in Wellington. Also include a self-addressed courier envelope so that the passport will be mailed directly to you once it is ready. 
2. After you have sent everything to Wellington, make an appointment with me to scan fingerprints, passport photo, and signature

MISSIONE PER LA RILEVAZIONE DELLE IMPRONTE DIGITALI

Dear members,

We are please to inform you that the new Italian Ambassador, H.E. Carmelo Barbarello, will attend our annual Festival Italiano on September 28. We will also host the Italian Consular Office at the De Longi Lounge/ Dante Tent for fingerprinting for the electronic passport.

Please read the info below if you wish to book an appointment with the Consular Officer.

Please note: appointments need to be booked directly with the Embassy of Italy by following the links provided.



MISSIONE PER LA RILEVAZIONE DELLE IMPRONTE DIGITALI
(Auckland, 28 settembre 2014)

Gentile connazionale,
in occasione del Festival italiano ad Auckland, domenica 28 settembre prossimo, un Funzionario
dell’Ambasciata sarà presente per rilevare le impronte digitali ai fini del successivo rilascio del
passaporto.
La invitiamo pertanto a registrarsi e prendere appuntamento mediante l’apposito servizio
“Prenota l’appuntamento” presente sul sito web dell’Ambasciata
_la_visita/ – Auckland-Funzionario itinerante
Data: domenica 28 settembre
Fasce orarie: ore 10.30-12.15 (mattina) e 13.00-15.45 (pomeriggio).
Si prega di prendere appuntamento online per l’orario preferito.
Luogo: "De Longi Lounge” (vicino allo stand della "Dante Alighieri")
Corner of Kent St. and Osborne, Newmarket, Auckland
Documenti: come indicato in calce
Si prega di voler rispettare l’orario fissato per l’appuntamento.
Eventuali altri questioni consolari potranno essere sottoposte durante il normale orario di lavoro
scrivendo o telefonando in Ambasciata.

N.B. Si prega di portare con sé la seguente documentazione:
- passaporto italiano in scadenza (massimo 6 mesi prima della scadenza) o scaduto;
- 2 foto passaporto;
Al fine di ricevere il maggior numero di connazionali interessati, vi verrà chiesto di spedire
successivamente in Ambasciata la necessaria documentazione (incluso l’assegno bancario per il
relativo importo).

While confirming the Consular Mission to Auckland for fingerprinting for the electronic passport,
during the Italian Festival, you are kindly asked to register/book an appointment on the Embassy’s
(Auckland – Consular Officer on a Mission)
Date: Sunday 28th September
Time: 10.30-12.15 am and 1.00-3.45 pm. Please book online the requested time.
Place: De Longi Lounge” (next to the “Dante Alighieri” tent)
Corner of Kent St. and Osborne, Newmarket, Auckland
Documents: As indicated below
Please ensure your punctual attendance.
In case of queries relating to other consular matters, we would be grateful if you could submit
those to the Embassy during normal working hours.
N.B. Please bring the following documentation with you:
- valid ID document;
- Italian passport (if you have one) no more than 6 months before its expiry date;
- 2 passport photos.
In order to receive as many applicants as possible, and if not previously sent to the Embassy,
you will be asked to kindly post the necessary documentation (including the bank cheque for
the relevant amount) after the Festival.
