A tower with a view
View from the watch tower standing on a little peninsula in the Weerwater Almere.
The tower itself made from concrete sewer pipe elements and in total 21 m high.

Little rest before going back

High worker
In earlier days window washers used ladders to reach their workplace. Now forbidden.

Former Glory
The V.O.C. ship Amsterdam and the steam tug Cristiaan Brunings in front of the maritime museum seen from the former navy yard, since two years open for public. ( Must admit I was there never before and made with my toy from yesterday). One for Skywatch Friday here.

Rotterdam views
Landing point for a water taxi on the river Maas in Rotterdam.
Same point the other side with the old lift bridge just restored.
