Giapo's creative mind is Gianpaolo Grazioli, and we all agree that his ice creams have no equals! Some Italian favorites are Tiramisù, nocciola (hazelnut) and pistacchio (no need to translate that), but there are many more flavours to chose from, and some are truly innovative. Once your selection has been made (usually after a few tastings) your ice cream is topped with elaborated and thoughtful decorations customized for each flavour, and from then on every spoonful (or lick) is a delight! . Of course the Dante team had to taste a 'few' flavours, for research purposes, before writing all this!
